Small Town Stores - Modular Pack

This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired small town stores/street environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images.

General Information

Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals. The pack utilises Lumen and Nanite for the best quality real-time visuals.
