City Streets - Modular Pack includes a modular set to build your own American inspired modular city environment and city buildings with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images.
General Information
Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces to create apartment buildings, strip malls, shops and stores. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals. The pack utilizes Lumen and Nanite for the best quality real-time visuals.

Level Instance versions of buildings for easy drag and drop placement of pre-built city buildings (20 Pre-built building instances in total!)
Example map showcasing variations of pre-built modular apartment and commercial buildings
